Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at Appleby’s British Virgin Islands office, handling a wide range of commercial and civil litigation including asset recovery, cross-border insolvency, fraud and shareholder disputes. Advises on enforcement of security and restructuring and appears regularly in the Commercial Division of the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
