Senior Associate in Appleby's Corporate Group and a core member of the global Technology & Innovation team, specialising in fintech, technology and financial services. She has broad corporate experience across private M&A, fundraisings, joint ventures, shareholder matters, restructuring and commercial contracts, and before joining Appleby in 2024 trained at Herbert Smith Freehills, was a senior associate at RPC and served as head of legal at two fintech scale-ups.
