David Bulley is Managing Partner of Appleby's Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, Local Corporate Group Head and head of Asia Private Equity, M&A and Corporate Restructuring. He has been named Cayman Islands “Merger and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year” for three consecutive years, has completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of USD100 billion, and has led major offshore restructurings including mandates on offshore bonds of Chinese real estate developers and large Cayman restructurings in the oil and gas sector.
