Tiago Arouca Mendes is Managing Partner at MDR Advogados in Mozambique; he joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2021, advising mainly foreign clients on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing operations, foreign investment, corporate lifecycle matters and insolvency. He is admitted to the Mozambique and Portuguese Bars, is an Accredited Industrial Property Agent (AOPI), is registered as an arbitrator with CACM, and regularly publishes and speaks on energy, infrastructure/PPP and foreign investment.
