Associate in the Litigation/Dispute Resolution department at MMAKS Advocates, US- and Uganda-trained and specialising in international and domestic commercial arbitration, investor‑state disputes, conflict of laws, the international sale of goods, public international law and complex litigation. Has acted on high‑value matters including enforcing a USD 156 million arbitral award for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa, representing a Canadian listed mining company in annulment proceedings, and defending institutions such as the Central Bank of Uganda and GIZ in significant claims.
