Sarah Kiarie-Muia is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial department at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates in Kenya. Admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2008 and having joined the firm's partnership in 2015, she advises on business establishment, M&A and joint ventures, legal due diligence and forensics, property development and management, and employment matters, and has acted on significant cross-border transactions for insurers, investors, hotel groups and energy companies.
