Joseph Ng’ang’ira is a Partner at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates in Kenya. He has been an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya since 2010, joined Kaplan & Stratton in 2014 and became partner in 2017, and advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganisations, share and asset sales, joint ventures, capital markets and due diligence for local and international investors, listed companies, insurance, telecommunications, energy companies and private equity funds.
