Cosima Wetende is a Partner at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 15 years' experience; she has been a partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department since 2008 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She advises and represents clients on commercial disputes, employment law, insolvency and security realisation, company law, tracing claims and private international law for clients across multiple sectors.
