Partner at DLL Abogados in Ecuador with more than 25 years' experience advising on labour, administrative, public and commercial law and acting in civil, labour, constitutional and administrative litigation. He serves as an arbitrator (International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation of the British Ecuadorian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Chamber of Industries and Production), was Director of that Centre (2018–2022), and has represented the employer sector in international labour conferences and national labour bodies.
