نبذة
Partner at Sáez | Labor Law Group with extensive experience in labor law in both the public and private sectors, advising government ministries and major production and industrial guilds and working on individual and collective labor matters. He has served on negotiating and legislative teams for labor-related laws and trade accords, participated as a delegate in APEC, OECD labour conferences and the ILO, and has taught and published on labor law at Universidad de Chile.
