Managing Partner of Quintero y Quintero Asesores, Felipe Quintero Garcia advises on high‑complexity labor matters, collective bargaining, employment policy and M&A-related labor work across the private and public sectors. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Colombian Supreme Court (labor law), presided over the 2023 arbitration in the Telefónica Colombia labor dispute, serves as Director of Labor Affairs at Tanque Al Centro, and was nominated for Legal 500 Labor Lawyer of the Year (2025) and ranked Next Generation Partner, Legal 500 (2026).
