Rafael Peixoto Abal is a Partner at B/Luz who has led the firm's Santa Catarina office since 2019 and has over twenty-five years of legal experience, including fifteen years focused on law and technology. He serves as Legal Advisor to ACATE, is a consultant and mentor for innovation programs (including the MIDITEC incubator), and teaches in postgraduate programs at the School of Magistracy of Santa Catarina (ESMESC).
