Partner and founding partner at Aguad Bañados Izquierdo Abogados, and director of the firm's labor practice group. He advises corporate clients on labour and real estate matters (including contracting, union relations, immigration, collective bargaining, real estate projects and municipal/city‑planning issues) and handles litigation in constitutional, civil, commercial and labour matters; he was councilman for the borough of Vitacura (2000–2008) and is a member of the Legal Commission of the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Chile.
