Partner at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster and head of the Infrastructure and Energy practice, advising government entities and private clients on the design, structuring and implementation of public works, PPPs and construction/operation of ports, railways, highways and related projects. She also advises on electricity-sector matters including participation in the Wholesale Electricity Market, long-term auctions, accreditation as Market Participants, and the structuring and financing of generation, transmission, distribution and renewable energy projects.
