Founding Partner at Del Castillo y Castro Abogados, Fernando del Castillo is a widely recognized practitioner previously ranked by Chambers in Band 1 for bankruptcy and restructuring in Mexico. He specializes in insolvency, civil and commercial litigation and is active in litigation and arbitration; he worked at Santamarina y Steta from 1993 and was appointed partner there in 2002 before founding his firm.
