Mid Level Associate who leads the Intellectual Property practice at Vega, Guerrero & Asociados, advising on the administration, protection and defense of trademarks, patents, copyrights and appellations of origin and providing regulatory compliance support to Fintech, real estate and pharmaceutical clients. He has experience supervising Fintech institutions at Banco de México, working on M&A, corporate finance and antitrust matters, and representing clients in administrative litigation, federal courts, the Supreme Court and WIPO domain-name proceedings.
