Héctor Arriaga

Héctor Arriaga is Partner of the Labour & Employment practice area at Esguerra JHR with a long career in labour law, having practiced and handled labor proceedings since 1970 and described as having over 35 years' experience as an expert and litigator in appeals. He serves as an Associate Judge of the Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Bogotá, is listed as an arbitrator submitted by the Supreme Court of Justice to the Ministry of Social Protection, and has served in senior public roles and as a professor of labor-related law.
