Partner of the Public Law and Natural Resources Group at Carrasco Benítez in Chile, advising on environmental assessment of investment projects and on administrative and judicial defence of such projects. Former Viceminister and Head of the Legal Division at the Chilean Ministry of the Environment (2010–2014; 2018) and member of the presidential advisory commission on reform of the Environmental Impact Assessment system; experienced academic and author in environmental law.
