Co-founder and Managing Partner of Hurtado Gandini Dávalos Abogados, he leads the firm's Dispute Resolution and Insurance Department and has over 26 years of experience representing clients in complex civil, commercial, administrative, criminal and insolvency litigation. He advises national and international clients on dispute resolution and insurance matters with a focus on insurance, infrastructure, mining, liability and the financial sector, and serves as a lecturer and arbitrator in Colombia.
