Evelyn Sepúlveda is a partner at Lembeye, appointed in 2023 to lead the firm's tax department. With 20 years of experience in tax and corporate law, she advises national and multinational companies on tax, corporate restructuring, real estate and investment projects, capital markets, investment funds, energy, mining, family offices, infrastructure and financing; she is executive secretary of AmCham’s Tax Roundtable and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
