Director at Lembeye since 2020, advising on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, commercial and civil contracting, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and bankruptcy settlements, data protection and consumer law. He holds an LL.M./MLB from Bucerius Law School and a law degree from Universidad de Chile, teaches Bankruptcy Law and Capital Structure at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and is a PhD student in Comparative Law at Universität Bayreuth.
