Partner at PPO Indacochea in Bolivia who leads the firm's Mining and Natural Resources practice, advising local and foreign companies on project development, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment in mining and natural resources (including lithium and hydrocarbons); his practice is recognised by Chambers and Partners. He previously worked as legal counsel for Airbus and AIR BP and served as head of the Legal Analysis Unit of the Bolivian Attorney General; he holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana and a Master’s in Business Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, plus postgraduate degrees from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad del Valle.
