Juliette Schembri is a dual-qualified lawyer with over nine years' experience in the financial services sector, including more than six years as a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and recent admission as an Attorney-at-Law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. She advises fund managers, institutional investors, private pension trustees, family offices and other financial services providers on investment funds, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, with particular emphasis on offshore fund formation and regulation in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands and experience in private equity and crypto.
