Partner at Pérez Correa González with more than 30 years of experience advising on private equity, venture capital, foreign/public investment, mergers & acquisitions and corporate matters, with an emphasis on real estate transactions. He was a pioneer in private equity and venture capital representing equity funds, and holds leadership roles including Board Member of the LPD Council and member of the IBA Diversity & Inclusion Council; he is active in ABA committees, mentors at Endeavor Mexico and is treasurer of the Georgetown Club in Mexico.
