Partner at KPMG Law Mexico with more than 20 years' experience as a tax attorney, focusing on tax consulting, tax examinations and refunds, tax controversy, alternative tax dispute resolution procedures and strategic defense against tax authorities. He advises local and international clients across multiple industries, is an author and speaker on tax matters, and is a member of the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association and the National Association of Tax Specialists in Monterrey (ANEFAC).
