Marcio Lamonica (PhD) leads the firm's Consumer Law practice and specializes in intellectual property, contracts and commercial agreements, TMT, real estate and dispute resolution; he has over 29 years of experience, advises domestic and international clients on business planning and complex disputes, and is a professor of Real Estate Law and Civil Procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
