Associate at Torres Legal in El Salvador with experience in corporate law, intellectual property and health regulatory affairs. Since 2022 she has worked on corporate governance matters (registration and updating of documentation with the Commercial Registry, corporate books, trademark registrations) and managed regulatory procedures for pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetic and food and beverage products before the National Directorate of Medicines and the Ministry of Health, as well as files before the Ministry of Defense and the Immigration Department, and drafting contracts, purchase agreements and notarial instruments.
