Managing Partner at Castellán Abogados with more than 20 years' experience advising clients on corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, antitrust and commercial contracts. He holds a law degree from the University of the Republic (UDELAR) and a Master in Business Law from the University of Montevideo (UM), and is a former Aspiring Associate Professor of Commercial Law at UDELAR.
