Director and manager of the regional intellectual property practice at Tactic Legal in Guatemala with more than 15 years’ experience advising on protection, enforcement and transactional strategies for intangible assets, and managing national and international IP portfolios. Active lecturer and WIPO speaker, and member of the Board of Directors of the Orange Economy Committee of AGEXPORT (2024–2026).
