Associate in the Corporate and M&A department at Tactic Legal Guatemala since 2021, advising national and international clients on mergers, due diligence, acquisitions and complex transactional matters across sectors including logistics, food and beverage, energy, telecommunications and healthcare. She also handles corporate structuring, governance, franchise and distribution agreements, tax advisory and licensing/permit processes, and serves as an adjunct professor teaching Tax Law I and Tax Law II at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
