He has broad experience in easement disputes, foreclosures, injuries, neighbor relations, property deeds and real estate warranties, and also advises on energy and mineral resources matters, including representation of Empresa Petrolera del Istmo, S.A. and securing environmental and Ministry of Energy and Mining permits for oil and mining projects.
