Partner at Alta and lead partner of Alta Guatemala's Dispute Resolution Practice with over 14 years' experience in litigation and arbitration, focusing on commercial arbitration and civil and commercial litigation across sectors including energy, mining, oil, insurance, construction and telecommunications. He has acted in international arbitrations under ICC, ICDR/AAA, CRECIG, CENAC and UNCITRAL, is frequently appointed as an arbitrator, and was appointed by Guatemala to the ICC International Court of Arbitration for the 2024–2027 term.
