Partner at Grupo Evans who co-heads the Energy and H2V (Green Hydrogen) teams. He has extensive expertise in renewable energy (wind, PV, hydroelectric), conventional power and utilities regulatory work, large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, project development and management, and mining and natural resources, and lectures in energy law at the Catholic University LL.M. program and the School of Engineering at Universidad de Chile.
