Miguel Ignacio Mardoñez Barrero

نبذة

Managing Partner at Ratio Legis in Bolivia with an early background in constitutional and administrative litigation who now focuses on corporate practice, including tax structuring, corporate organization and the design and implementation of compliance programs. He led the strategic transformation of Barrero & Asociados into Ratio Legis, culminating in its consolidation as a franchise at the end of 2025, and is founder/director of the Bolivian Chamber of Franchises and a director of the Bolivian Stock Exchange.
