He has advised on notable transactions and financings (including sales such as Teknica and Enersafe to Legrand, the sale of Uno Salud, Stericycle's local subsidiaries, major project contracts such as the Kimal–Lo Aguirre transmission line, and multi‑hundred‑million dollar financings) and previously worked as an international associate in Latham & Watkins’ Chicago and New York offices.
