Zarina Fitzgerald is Chair of the Commercial Transactions group at Higgs & Johnson and has acted in all aspects of commercial transactions, including large-scale structured finance, initial public offerings and private placements of offshore securities, mergers and acquisitions, and vessel and real estate registration and securitisation. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1991, joined Higgs & Johnson as a partner in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
