Partner in Campbells' Corporate Department in the Cayman Islands, specialising in the formation and restructuring of open- and closed-ended investment funds including hedge funds and private equity/venture capital funds, co‑investment structures and unregulated proprietary capital vehicles. Has particular expertise in distressed funds and fund restructuring, maintains strong working relationships with Cayman regulatory bodies, and also advises on joint ventures, general corporate and commercial matters with an interest in ESG investment.
