Partner in the Corporate Department of Campbells' Hong Kong office advising on debt finance, structured finance and capital markets. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the Asia‑Pacific region and acts for onshore law firms, regulated financial institutions, investment funds, listed companies and private corporations on a range of debt-related transactions and structured products.
