Partner in Energy at Lefosse Advogados with over 19 years' experience in the electricity sector, including roles at ELEKTRO and eight years as Legal Regulatory Manager at CCEE. He advises on power purchase contracts (ACL and ACR), regulatory matters and judicial/arbitral disputes, and serves as President of the Regulation Studies Commission of IBDE, Coordinator of the Energy and Arbitration Committee of CAMARB, and a lecturer at Canal Solar.
