Fernando Tonanni is a tax specialist and partner at Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados with strong knowledge of corporate law and extensive experience advising Brazilian and international clients on tax aspects of their businesses. His practice focuses on tax consultancy, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, transfer pricing and administrative litigation; he is a frequent lecturer and a visiting professor of international tax law.
