Partner at Machado Meyer who leads the firm's E&P and downstream team, with long legal practice dedicated to oil, natural gas and biofuels and extensive experience negotiating E&P asset transactions and advising clients regulated by the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP). Acts in administrative litigation and complex regulatory matters requiring legal and technical expertise (operational safety, local content, fuel specification, unconventional resources) and advises on regulatory and contractual issues relating to biofuels, natural hydrogen and CCS/CCUS.
