Stanley Burnside is an Associate in Lennox Paton’s Financial Services Group in The Bahamas, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including securities, banking, investment funds, probate, intellectual property, insolvency/liquidation, digital assets and regulatory compliance. He assists with incorporation and licensing of investment funds, financial and corporate service providers and digital asset businesses, and with business licence approvals, VAT registration and immigration applications in The Bahamas.
