Partner at Pinheiro Guimarães based in Brazil, focused on banking and finance with an emphasis on cross-border and project finance, advising financial institutions, equity sponsors and borrowers on bond offerings, syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition financings, trade financings, derivatives, structured products and debt restructurings. She has handled domestic infrastructure debentures and development-bank financings and recently worked on bridge and long-term financings for solar photovoltaic projects for EDF Renewables and Canadian Solar; she holds an LLM from NYU and is admitted in Brazil and New York.
