Partner at Mattos Filho, Eduardo Damião Gonçalves is an arbitration and litigation specialist who represents clients in domestic and international arbitration and in complex litigation arising from M&A, corporate disputes, infrastructure projects, construction agreements and public concessions, as well as environmental and information-technology matters. He served as Vice President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (2018–2024) and has held founding and leadership roles in major arbitration organizations in Brazil and Latin America.
