Partner in Demarest Advogados' Dispute Resolution department, Fernanda de Gouvêa Leão is a doctoral candidate and holds a master's degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (USP); she also has a post‑graduate degree in Civil Procedural from COGEAE (PUC), a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo and a specialization in Arbitration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She acts in and coordinates lawsuits and arbitrations for medium and large companies across construction, infrastructure, corporate, environmental and intellectual property matters.
