Partner at Demarest Advogados in the Insurance, Reinsurance, Health and Private Pension practice, Laura Pelegrini has more than 14 years of experience advising on insurance and reinsurance matters and resolving claims involving corporate and personal insurance. She holds a master’s degree from PUC‑SP, teaches postgraduate courses in Insurance Law, and has been recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 (named Insurance Rising Star of the Year in 2023).
