Partner at Araújo e Policastro Advogados with over 20 years' experience in the corporate and financial markets, advising national and international clients across industries including retail, education, metallurgy, forestry investments, agribusiness and infrastructure. She has been a member for five years of the IBA Latin America Regional Forum (LARF), serving in the past two years as D&I Officer and as the forum's representative to the IBA D&I Council, and is widely recognized by national and international publications for her Capital Markets and Corporate work.
