Founding Partner of Felsberg Advogados and a global reference in insolvency and debt restructuring, recognized by Latin Lawyer, Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and Leaders League. He was a member of the committees that drafted Brazil's Business Restructuring and Insolvency Law and is the first Latin American recipient of the Global Restructuring Review Lifetime Achievement Award (June 2019); he also received Chambers' inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for Brazil (March 2022).
