Partner at Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados, specialist in tax law with emphasis on joint ventures and corporate group restructurings, including mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and sales of privately and publicly held companies. He joined Ulhôa Canto in 1994 and became a partner in 2007; he was a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling in 1997 and served as general rapporteur at the 62nd IFA Congress in 2008 on cross-border corporate interest taxation.
