Cynthia Wo Ching is Intellectual Property Director at Arias in Costa Rica and heads the firm's Intellectual Property practice. She is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years' experience in industrial and intellectual property, life sciences and unfair competition, and began her career at the Intellectual Property Office of Costa Rica before joining Arias in 2024.
